Get in touch
Taking the first step toward therapy is a powerful decision.
You don’t have to do it alone. Whether you have questions, want to learn more about my approach, or are ready to get started, I’d love to hear from you.

The first session is a space to begin.
We will talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you might need, at a pace that feels comfortable. There is no pressure to share everything straight away.
Sessions may include conversation, creative work, or gentle body awareness. No art experience is needed.
It is also a chance to see if the space feels right for you.

Therapy can be helpful if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or wanting to understand yourself more deeply.
You might be navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, or life transitions or simply feel that something is not quite right.
I work with adults, including those who are neurodivergent, living with disability, or who have felt unseen in other spaces.
No art experience is needed. Therapy offers a space to explore your experiences through conversation, creativity, and reflection.

Yes, I currently work online.
Online therapy offers a flexible and accessible way to engage from your own space. Art therapy can still be incorporated using simple materials, and we can discuss what this looks like during your consultation.
I am also working towards offering in-person sessions in Stockport / Greater Manchester, with accessibility in mind.
-
TThere is no fixed number of sessions — it depends on your needs and what you would like from therapy.
Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly, with a 12-week review point to reflect on how things are feeling and whether you’d like to continue.

60 minute session — £70
Accessible/Student rate (60 minutes) — £45Sessions currently take place online. Art therapy can work well in this format, and we can discuss how creative work may be incorporated during your initial consultation.
Future In-Person Sessions
I am currently in the process of securing an accessible studio space in Stockport / Greater Manchester.
When available, in-person sessions will be 85 minutes, allowing time for creative exploration with materials and a gentle transition at the end of the session.
Fees for in-person sessions will be confirmed once the space is secured.

Accessibility is an important part of my practice. Online sessions can provide flexibility for people who may find travelling difficult due to disability, chronic illness, neurodivergence, or other circumstances.
If you have specific accessibility needs, we can talk about how sessions can be adapted to support you.
Reach out today to schedule a free consultation or ask any questions. I’m here to support you.
