What is The Collective *
The Collective is a shared space within Somatic Artistry, bringing together workshops, retreats, and collaborative offerings.
These spaces are designed for exploration, connection, and experience - whether through creativity, movement, reflection, or simply being in a different kind of environment.
Some offerings are facilitated by me, and others are co-created with practitioners and collaborators over time.
Workshops
Alongside one-to-one therapy, I offer a range of creative and somatic workshops, both online and in person.
These workshops provide a different way to engage with the work; offering space for exploration, reflection, and connection within a shared environment. They are often centred around themes such as emotions, embodiment, creativity, and self-awareness.
Workshops can be a supportive starting point if you are curious about this way of working, or a place to deepen your understanding alongside ongoing therapy.
I will be hosting workshops through platforms such as Eventbrite, with upcoming sessions shared regularly.
Corporation workshops
I also offer co-produced workshops, team sessions, and reflective spaces for organisations, services, and groups.
These can be tailored to your setting and may focus on:
wellbeing and self-reflection
team connection and communication
creative approaches to emotional awareness
embodied and sensory-based practices
Workshops are designed with accessibility, inclusivity, and psychological safety in mind, and can be adapted for a range of needs and environments.
If you are interested in collaborating or bringing a workshop into your space, please get in touch to discuss your ideas.
❋ Retreats
Within The Collective, I offer a range of creative and somatic retreats, from half-day and full-day experiences to longer, immersive retreats over time.
These spaces are designed to step away from the pace of everyday life and move into something slower, more reflective, and embodied. Retreats may include a blend of practices such as creative exploration, movement, rest, and guided reflection - depending on the focus of each space.
Current offerings centre around half-day and day retreats, creating accessible entry points into this work.
All retreats are held with a shared intention: to create spaces that feel grounded, supportive, and genuinely connecting.
