Untamed Spirit

Where therapy meets the

Beneath the roles you have carried, the expectations you have absorbed, the ways you have learned to cope… something untamed and deeply intelligent still lives within you.

Through art psychotherapy and somatic practice, we turn toward the body as a place of memory, symbolism, and power.

This work is not about becoming someone new.

It is about reclaiming what was never lost.

Hello, I’m your Therapist

Maybe you’ve been carrying something for a long time. Maybe the words don’t quite reach it.

You don’t need to have it figured out. You just need to be willing to show up.

I offer art psychotherapy and somatic practice for adults who want to explore what lives beneath the surface -the patterns, feelings, and ways the body holds what the mind can’t always process.

We may use image-making, movement, and dialogue. Not because you need to be an artist, but because sometimes expression goes beyond words.

There is no rush here, and no judgement.

This work is grounded in psychodynamic and analytical traditions, meaning we move slowly, pay attention, and follow what feels true for you.
